The Cloud's low handle is a drawback however, as it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push your legs hanging in the air and it's also not helping that it's not padded.

In our tests and testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a bit more complicated to close, however. You have to slide a slider, and then push a large white button to get it to collapse. This can be frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that will accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each however, both are too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct distinctions. It's a little more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 lbs, but it has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and more. This stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and has a brake that flips that is easy to engage. This stroller is designed to grow along with your child. The stroller is light enough to easily maneuver through door frames, which was a big issue for us with other models in our testing. It folds quickly and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy transport. Its only downside is its relatively small storage space, which is cramped when full of kid stuff.
